A variety of social activities take place at Community House including:
- Batchley Support Group
A community based neighbourhood association which aims to build resident participation and involvement in community activities. A youth group for local children is held at Community house for social activities.
- Bethel United Church of Jesus Christ
The Bethel United Church of Christ hold their Sunday morning service each week from 10am.
- Hale & Hearties
The local branch of Hale & Hearties run an exercise group to encourage people who have had a heart condition to keep active.
- Home-Start North East Worcestershire
Home-Start runs groups to help families deal with the challenges they face, supporting parents as they learn to cope, improve their confidence and build better lives for their children.
- Weight Watchers
The local branch meet to motivate and support each other to achieve their health targets in a relaxed environment.
- University of the Third Age
Redditch U3A meet to provide educational, creative, leisure and social activities for members of the local community. There is a varied programme of speakers covering a wide range of topics, and coach trips are also organised to places of interest.
